ABA Chicago, Inc.
Excellence in Autism Treatment
About Us

Our experienced staff are supervised by a Board Certfied Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience, who has a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education, is a Credentialed Developmental Therapist and holds various other credentials (resume).

Most of all, she is passionate about her work as well as assuring that state-of-the art, effective and ethical programs are used in teaching children the critical skills necessary, including critical "learning to learn" skills- skills that will help your child achieve success on his/her own.

Our teaching methods are based on making learning FUN! We use child-established reinforcers and motivation as our cornerstone to effective treatment. We utilize the natural learning environment to
teach through motivation!

Additionally, we use a family-centered approach whereas parents/guardians as well as other providers are encouraged to participate and follow-through on teaching techniques as well as behavior reduction techniques.

Based on your child's ongoing assessment, we tailor our instruction to ensure an individualized program of instruction.

Although many therapists do an admirable job, children with autism typically do not respond to conventional treatment methods. Many children with autism/PDD lack focus, motivation, and typically engage in behaviors that "get in the way" of treatment by other professionals on his/her treatment team such as developmental, occupational, and physical therapists.

No "cookie-cutter" approach here!
We utilize the Assessment of Basic Language & Learning Skills-Revised (ABLLS-R) to specifically design goals and objectives with a typical-development approach. This assessement, in addition to parent interview and direct observation ensures an individualized program.

We offer a family-centered approach and our staff are dedicated to working together in a multidisciplary approach to treatment so therapy is consistent and effective.
